Why More Demos Don’t Solve This

Demos are good at showing possibility.

  • trust boundaries
  • failure modes
  • and day-two operations

That’s why enterprises can be simultaneously impressed and hesitant.

Operational confidence doesn’t come from seeing what could happen.
It comes from understanding how something behaves inside constraints.
