We're seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join Squid AI and help shape the future of AI agents. As our first PMM hire, you'll work directly with our founding team to build our go-to-market strategy, develop our product narrative, and drive adoption of our innovative AI agent platform.
As Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the bridge between our product development and our market, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with our target enterprise customers. You'll own our product positioning, marketing strategy, and work cross-functionally to drive growth.

• Develop and execute our go-to-market strategy for our new AI agent products and platform features
• Create compelling product narratives and positioning to enterprise decision-makers that differentiate us in the rapidly evolving and noisy AI landscape
• Own our product launches and marketing campaigns from conception to execution
• Work closely with our product, sales, and partnerships teams to gather deep product knowledge and translate technical features into customer benefits
• Conduct market research to understand enterprise customer needs, the competitive landscape, and industry trends
• Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, and product documentation
• Create content for various channels including website, blog posts, social media, and technical documentation
• Analyze marketing metrics and customer feedback to optimize our messaging and campaigns

• 3-5 years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in Generative AI, AI/ML, or data products
• Bold creativity combined with an inclination to experiment and iterate quickly
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex technologies
• Growth mindset with genuine, demonstrated interest in working in the AI agent space
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives
• Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and product launches
• Data-driven approach to decision making and measuring impact
• Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Experience with developer tools or API products is a plus
• Background in Generative AI or AI/ML is a plus
