Account Director, Financial Services

This role is a remote role but candidates must be within commuting distance of New York City.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of opportunities to maximize the growth potential of Squid AI in the US financial services market.
  • Map stakeholders and create and execute a plan to get decisions makers to buy-in.
  • Refine and evolve the Squid AI value proposition in financial services.
  • Contribute to the company’s roadmap, providing input to product management, engineering, sales engineering, and other teams.
  • Quarterback post-sales teams to ensure strong deployment and customer experience and manage growth and renewal processes.
  • Work with colleagues across Squid AI to build compelling demos, collateral, and sales tooling to accelerate a replicable end-to-end sales process.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of successful experience selling and renewing platform- and/or software-as-a-service.
  • Working directly with C-level executives.
  • Experience at a high-growth and/or venture-backed company.
  • Communicating technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Solution selling, building ROI cases, and problem-solving with customers.
